The Kashmir Education, Culture and Science Society (KECSS) has conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award- 2024 to Dr Sidharth Kaul (President, Wetlands International South Asia) for his outstanding contribution in the field of Environment and Ecology with special reference to wetlands. This award was conferred by KECSS in a special function held on March 31st, 2024, at the KECSS auditorium in New Delhi.

Dr Sidharth Kaul is the former Advisor (Wetlands) to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. He has more than 50 years of experience in the conservation and sustainable development of wetlands in India and abroad.
