Mr Pijush Sinha is a financial sectoral expert. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow, Mr Sinha helped Avendus on organizational systems including business strategy, corporate development, Human Resources and Finance, and created institutionalized systems and culture to enable Avendus to become a high-growth organization built around meritocracy and orientation to excellence. He has led the Outsourcing investment banking practice of Avendus Capital and was responsible for the P&L and growth of the same. He originated and executed M&A and financing transactions in the Outsourcing and Technology industries, successfully completing 20+ transactions valued at US$ 500Mn+. He also ran the Avendus-Akanksha mentorship program, enabling children to get a perspective of life beyond their regular education.
